Gift vouchers can make an ideal gift for someone and are available as a printed voucher or e-voucher.

They are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Cancellation policy

I love my job and I feel very privileged to be able to do it however it is my livelihood and so I respectfully ask that you give me a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation so that I can offer the session to someone who may be waiting. If less than 48 hours is given then please be aware of the following:
1) Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged at 50%
2) 2 or more appointments cancelled in succession with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100%
3) No shows will be charged at 100%.
4) Payment for missed appointments to be paid at time of the missed appointment and not at the next appointment taken.
5) Those on the 6 week upfront payment scheme will forfeit 1 session each time an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the
appointment.
